What size should I buy?

What are the shipping times?

Netherlands: Next day delivery - Order before 23:00 (Free in NL/BE)

Rest of Europe: 2-4 working days (free over €80)

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, followed by a track and trace once the order has been dispatched.

Can I exchange/return my order?

If you wish to refund an item you have received, please contact us at contact@tr3sclo.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must wait to receive a return address via email, as the address for exchanges/returns is different then where it comes from.

How do drops work?

Each drop/item is released twice.

Once the second drop is over, the item is generally no longer being sold.
